Whether it is in real life or in newsletters, people hate those who talk big about themselves. Yes, everyone knows you are a guru, which is the reason why they signed up and subscribed for your newsletters in the first place. But it could get really tiring and sickening if you are going to talk about how great you are in your newsletters. Stop boasting about how good you are, and how you achieve your results. Yes, you have helped others – stop glorifying the fact that you played a part in their success.

People like humility. So be humble and still continue to help people with your expertise. You might be a guru and already successful, so in your newsletters, you should help those who subscribed instead. Enough of all the hypes and start doing your part as a guru. Address important issues in your newsletters, and stop talking about how much money you made with your strategies, or how hot your body is using your own abs sculpting tips.

Instead, use newsletters as a way to share quality and necessary information to your subscribers. If you know how to use it right, newsletters would be your most powerful internet marketing tool as you could pre-sell and see your conversions raise off the roof.
